Legend integrates Founder GB18030 font in its Happy Linux system.

Founder completes the Founder super font, which includes all characters found in the Chinese Dictionary.

US BitStream applies for the Founder font.
Dayang Company uses Founder's LanTing-font in its Chinese version of its title generator system and nonlinear editing system.

Founder signs contract with Newauto Company to provide Founder's Chinese fonts for Newauto's title generator system.
Suntendy Information and Networking Corp. chooses to use Founder's font in its Chinese Star product.

1996:
Founder's Tibetan character font is certified by competent authorities in Lhasa, Tibet.

1995:
Founder Electronic Publishing System is awarded the first prize for national scientific and technological progress.
Founder's curve font passes the national certification.

1991:

The "High-Resolution Chinese Font Style Generator" is granted the Chinese golden patent award.

Peking University New Technology Company, the predecessor of Founder, carries out research and development of Chinese font products by employing high-resolution font style compression technology and high-speed recovery methods.

1974:
